Four Pillars (“we”, “us”) provides Four Pillars / BaZi astrology readings at this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your birth details are used only to calculate and display your Four Pillars chart and reading. Your email is used to deliver your paid reading link and for payment-related communication. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Free and paid readings are generated on the fly from the birth details in your reading’s web address (URL) — we do not keep a database of past readings. Anyone with the exact link to a reading can view it, so treat your reading link like any other personal document and avoid sharing it publicly.
We do not operate a database of customer readings or birth details. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email delivery records are retained by Resend per their own retention policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (for example, your email address in our payment records) by contacting us below.
